Preschool & Caregiver Yoga

My children look forward to every Friday, knowing they will be spending time with someone who truly cares about them. Erin greets them with a friendly smile and and allows them the space to flourish while providing gentle encouragement and confidence boosting lessons. I have seen both my daughter and son grow in other ways as well. Their self awareness of the body and mind have increased, not just in class, but at home too. Erin has helped them to gain these tools early in life that will benefit them for years to come.

Then when they come experience the class, they discover a beautiful, safe and fun place to explore Yoga and Mindfulness together.

Yoga and Mindfulness are never about perfection.  It’s about being curious and noticing what happens in our body and mind.  Preschoolers love to start exploring things on their own and yet still want that connection with their caregiver.  In Preschool and Caregiver Yoga, we have lots of independent time and also time to connect with each other through stories, music, animal poses, nature and so much more. Your child’s big moves and big emotions are welcome in this class. Help you and your  Preschooler plant seeds of self-regulation, beginning breath awareness, balance, attention, rest, connection and joy, that will last a lifetime.

My daughter had been to other kids’ yoga classes before but was never that into it.  We decided to give it one more try by taking Erin’s class.  I couldn’t believe how much she LOVED it!  With the songs, stories and “adventures” each week, she is continually enthralled.  I, too, enjoy our special time to slow down, connect and have fun together.  Erin has a wonderful way with the kiddos.
